I used SC "Savage" and Finger Paints' "Tiffany Imposter." The glitter border accents were used with some glittery striping polish I got from Sally's.
I've found that gradients turn out the best if you use an eyeshadow sponge brush instead of a makeup sponge. These sponge brushes are just a little smaller than a nail (if you have shorter nails, that is) and thus, leave less mess around the edges.
